CarolynOne of my favourite dawn shots on this beach. This faces west, so the sun rises behind from this view. The sand dunes keep the beach in shade until the sun rises high enough to light the entire beach. I wish I had done a time lapse. You can watch the water light up, with the line of the sun moving towards you as the sun continues to rise. :)
