The incremental improvements of the redesign all make sense. But the that effort started from a base that was already very high.
For example, the Barista World Championship approved temperature tolerances? Sure, great. But if my older model has slightly higher deviations, I have yet to notice them.
Even the old model is a wonderful machine.
