@TeaTootler he might just be a normal "regime" guy - but the question is did he, like some of the people I pay attention to on zitter, just go "oh people are just lying, fema is maybe incompetent, not evil" - which fits very well with someone who is a regime guy "sure it has issues, but this is smart people managing something big!"
