I bought at bottom of market when rates were around 3% and it's still expensive af. I also had a law practice for a while before I could even afford to buy. I live in California though.

I feel bad for everyone. It's hard out there. Maybe boomers should pull themselves up by their bootstraps, so I don't have to pay their social security.
