Bricky (thatbrickster@shitposter.world)'s status on Friday, 08-Nov-2024 22:59:37 JSTBricky I have a 2TB Seagate NAS HDD. It has been powered on for around 9000 hours. My friend is spooked by the supposed unreliability Seagate is known for, but Backblaze's data doesn't support it. My drive is from 2013 (and EoL), the infamous Rosewood is from 2016.
Is it worth changing it? There are no firmware updates for it and I'm considering a used IronWolf Pro since it's still in production.
