@IAMAL_PHARIUS yeah i thought it was worth translating because of how dramatic it was...lol...there was a preamble to that (which was info covered in the OP) and even a section the french reporter dropped (in the ellipsis) because the minister went on too long...literally in the middle of chaos...I do not doubt at all that the minister said all this...lol...
