The answer needs to be: "why is not giving Israel billions of dollars of years 'aiding Hamas'?"

The true neutral position is: "If we don't help either, Israel will be forced to come to terms with its neighbors and if we keep giving it billions of dollars, it can afford to be belligerent, which just breeds more belligerence"
