I just am a bit overwhelmed by the thought of being an organizer, it does kind of put a target on your back & can be pretty sus with unionbusting & stuff. I have no idea how to even start! I've already talked to a few of my co-workers & it seems like some are either interested or indifferent, none who seem hostile.
