I enjoyed both the mundane and supernatural aspects of the series. The characters are charismatic, the town is charming. I cringed at some of the decisions made (e.g. yellow face, Lynch’s character flirting with and kissing Shelly Johnson, things with Hawk), but despite that, it did become one of my favorite TV shows.

My spouse isn’t a fan of the supernatural, is ambivalent about the second season finale, but loved the characters and their interactions.
