I'm going to be fair on this.
It's the fault, of the company, as their economical model is mentally damaging for individuals and state wise cause civilization decay.
And it's the fault, of the parents, as they are tech illiterate and should not let their children have unlimited, unsupervised access to the internet.
And it's also the fault of the state for letting the population being tech illiterate and allowing economical models that are not only destroying the free market but also civilization.
