@jgordon I'm at about the 5% confidence level that Epstein actually killed himself, rather than being murdered. (The erased CCTV recordings and the guards not noticing anything is a bit of a tell. If he had real dirt on the POTUS that's a motive, too.)

I generally dismiss all but one kind of conspiracy theory: a cover-up after the fact of a crime, by one or more parties who face serious consequences in the absence of a cover-up.

But Epstein's death fits that pattern. (Cf. Prince Andrew.)
