It's funny how Amazon embraces natural selection.

Every holiday season they hire an assload of new people.

These people have no idea how carefully they are being graded.

After the season, some get to keep their jobs... but lots of drivers get purged.

If you can avoid the purge for several years, you are making quite good money.

The other group are the subcontractors, and many of these do not speak English at all.
