VOTE NO
on Ballot Measure 2
Most Alaskans - around 58% of registered voters - are nonpartisan or
independents. Our open primaries create the freedom for all Alaskans to
decide with our votes who will be on the ballot.
Ballot Measure 2 would repeal ranked choice voting and open primaries,
which would return our state to a system where political parties choose the
candidates, and this is how we end up with more extreme candidates on
the left and on the right.
We want independent thinking candidates who reflect the views of regular
Alaskans.
With open primaries regular Alaskans get to decide on the candidates, free
of partisan gridlock. Ranked Choice does not give an advantage to any
political party.
Join us to protect election freedom in
