Chris Alemany🇺🇦🇨🇦🇪🇸The town of Chiva, about 50km upland to the east of the City of Valencia is where they recorded the historic nearly 500mm of rain. There are mountains about 50-100km inland of the entire Spanish coast, so the rain accumulates into the river valleys there and floods to the coast.
