🐙🐙@suricrasia okay so this is a really, really late answer on "is there an old vocaloid" Kasane Teto is not a vocaloid but she is The Joke Vocaloid made with Utau and then 15 years later she got a SynthV release.
She is 31 canonically, this because she was "15.5 in chimera" (She's a joke character made 15 years ago by 2channers). now's she's just 31 I think?

i think the thing that still holds true is that these characters ages are suggestions and they change from song to song as these characters are really just supposed to be a starting point for you (e.g. heres one where Kasane Teto is not Kasane Teto)
