Analysis: Does Britain owe Reparations to the Palestinians for Engineering their loss of their Country?

The post-ww1 British Mandate of Palestine never became independent, despite other British mandates, Iraq & Tanganyika, doing so. As, too, did the French mandates of Syria & Togo.

The British had promised the Zionist movement a “Jewish national home” in Palestine, which would, they promised, "in no way disturb the locals."
