You've been brainwashed by hardcore enough that this doesn't turn you on, but it has everything required for it to be defined as softcore.

1. It's erotically suggestive.

2. It's artistic and expressive, it draws attention, it's impressive, even.

The problem is that porn has been so heavily commodified and defiled since hardcore became a thing, that unless it's two people fucking or some sort of twisted kink, most people won't think of it as porn.

If softcore isn't porn, then by your own logic Playboy, which was the softcore pinup company from the last century isn't porn either, and you can bet nobody will agree with you there.
