My cousin had a birthday party for her dog at her husband's parent's house, and on my drive home I just started crying because his siblings and their kids were there, his parents were there, and his grandparents were there.

And I just feel so alone. I know I am not going to have that. Mom is going to die sooner or later and who knows if this first IVF transfer will even take. My kids are going to grow up without grandparents just like my sister and I grew up without grandparents.
