@whiteman_ flesh out your resume so it looks like you're doing a bunch of stuff. Can always bid for a few smaller jobs on some gig platforms as a PM and undercut to build your resume. A lot of medical loves hiring 'contractors because benefit costs. Just keep in mind you will get hit hard for FICA so you have to withhold ≈15% + normal taxes. It can be worth it for freedom though.
