you want to preserve gene complexes which are combinatorial mixes of synergistic good genes - you also want novel new good genes (which increase with gene variance) - you also want to kill bad genes and dysgenic gene complexes (keep dumbs and uglies from reproducing)

"mixed" folks (like basically all American Whites are way more mixed than Europeans and all have at least some kike and red genes) will be more distributed amongst stupid and smart, healthy and ill, etc.
