There should be a "Department of the Family", which receives massive funding on the scale of healthcare/pensions, that not only facilitates pairbonding but is there to solve issues within the family, promoting family harmony, keeping families together (this wouldn't just be through counseling but also through materially assisting families/potential families with what they need), and encouraging childbirth (at minimum to replacement level). Governments like Hungary and Russia are in nascent stages of this but it should be massively scaled up and given more power, since families are much more important for a nation's health than making 80 year olds live a couple more years or whatever. The alternative to this is importing shitskins in order to maintain/grow the population, so eventually all governments will have to choose one or the other. I suspect we will first see China do something like that and then other based countries following suit.
