    #MANILA, #Philippines – The bill discontinuing the use of mother tongue as the #LanguageOfInstruction from kindergarten to grade 3 has lapsed into law, #Malacañang announced on Saturday, October 12.

    Republic Act No. 12027 reverts the medium of instruction to #Filipino and, until otherwise provided by law, #English, pursuant to the #1987Constitution. #RA12027
