- Embed this notice@sun for a while my monitor riser at work was a hardcover instrument catalog from KLS Martin. they have all different pieces of metal designed to cut into your skin and hold it open and slice your eyeballs in different ways. and I think I had another hardcover catalog from Stryker or Synthes. they have plates and screws that attach to your face in case you fracture your jaw or the top of your head. I also heard of instruments for doing orthopedic surgery. one of them looked like an ice cream scoop that spins around, and it's for reaming out the socket where the "cup" part of a hip implant goes in. it gets completely covered in blood when they do that. and I heard that when they do different kinds of orthopedic surgeries, blood can get on the light fixtures on the ceiling even if the ceiling is 14 feet away from the floor. if you ever wanted to completely rip someone's face open and not get in any trouble you just need to become a surgeon.
