@AmonMaritza @TrevorGoodchild I've always thought about what it would be like to be a general who signs off on the orders for D-Day. You know tens of thousands of men will die. You don't know if it will work; it could be a waste.

This is the sort of thing you must face when dealing with problems on this scale. There is no perfect answer.
