Uli Kusterer (Not a kitteh)@siracusa @atpfm I think you might be mixing up Google Play Services with the app store. Services is how google sneaks all its new API and bundled apps past the device manufacturers and carriers who drag their feet updating the OS.
So AIUI the apps mentioned in the court filing are things like GMail, Maps and Settings, so Google can’t punish manufacturers by withholding them.
