How do they know they are cis? Many cis people feel they "know" their gender internally. They feel they were "born in the right body" even if others don't understand.
Who is going to date them? Though cisgender people can have a hard time meeting partners, they are still able to have healthy relationships. Often, cis people will date other cis people.
How do they have sex? Cisgender people can be very inventive with their bodies.
But they don't look cis! Cisgender people are everywhere.
