Moradi is a member of the "Free Women's Union of [Iran-held part of Kurdistan] Rojhelat" (KJAR), one of the three organizations to establish the "women life freedom"-slogan and its associated ideas of antiauthoritarianism, feminism, etc in Iran-held Kurdistan from whence it spread to become the main slogan of the most recent major uprisings against the Iran-theocracy.
Moradi was arrested while campaigning for feminism in Iran-held Kurdistan and is currently undergoing a court trial by which State-murder (death "dentence") is likely, during which Moradi has been denied the right to defense during the trial so far.
