Abolisyonista@FinalOverdrive @HeavenlyPossum I'd have to disagree with you there, since I take point from degrowth theory that economic growth is bound up with capitalist development and isn't really value neutral. Sure, degrowth concedes not all growth is bad, like for example degrowthers say growth in healthcare and housing is good, but I think "growth" as an indicator of social metabolism is inherently dangerous.
