@Shadowman311 @placebo @MechaSilvio The main problem i see of a hypnotical 2nd American civil war is assuming it would be two groups fighting each other. If the US collapses that far that cities are being besieged hyper balkanization and actual city states being formed would have destroyed the USA more than any civil war could.
