I don't know who needs to hear this, but if you're asking for troubleshooting help at least give us the basic needed info so that we don't have to waste our time asking for it and then getting eyerolls and complaints about why "we don't just fix it".
What's your operating system? What software is affected? Is it a branded computer or not? Laptop? Wired or wireless connection? Corporate or Home network? Have you tried different browsers? Are there available updates? Have you tried a FUCKING REBOOT?
"My shit's broken and I need help fixing it" doesn't even give us a goddamned starting point. We might be smart at what we do, but we're not fucking psychic.
And yes, the above gripe is a large part of why I don't do that for a living anymore and why I will probably never do it for a living again.
