My main objections are:
- Only relevant things for the position should be allowed in the interviewing process. If I am going to program computers, why would I be required to name all US states and US presidents? If I ever need that info for my job, I can just look it up.
- "Re-interviewing" (or re-testing) already hired people is uncommon and weird, and probably shouldn't be legal, indeed. Continued employment should be based on actual job performance, not some sudden "tests".
