It drives me bonkers how pieces of reality will be woven into these theories.

For instance, I do think when all is said and done and the lost lives are counted, and the businesses and homes destroyed are noted, that this will have been a massive, MASSIVE disaster. Much worse than expected. And much worse than what we are seeing piecemeal, as bad as it already is. I think the lost will be discovered for years to come.

BUT. This is not because it was "planned"! It was an unprepared populace.
