just figured out a trick
if i give myself extreme food poisoning on a normal basis, then i can be emergency-hospitalized, which is free even without health insurance, and then i should be able to spend like 30-40% of my nights in a hospital with hospital food

that should lower my budget requirements by at least 25% i believe
