A report she gives of a typical seminar is she gets up and says "All White People Are Racist, you white person, you're racist" And then when white people react like "I'm not racist" she's like "look how fragile you are" and it's like, no, you're just bad at communicating lol, i haven't seen much evidence she's very effective at actually opening the eyes of white people to realities of white supremacy,. Corporations just hire her say they can say 'look how anti racist we are"

and notice how white feelings are ultimately at the core of her approach, and it seems the goal is to basically make white people feel okay with the knowledge they are benefactors in white supremacy, and idk if that really helps, like she teaches white people to feign concern basically
