Need advice on self-publishing

Staring at a drafted oped I'd previously have fired off to old media and have to go through all that bullshit

Europeans always paid much better but their interest in Australian politics is pretty low

Old media in Australia aren't even offering cash any more unless you're good mates with the features editor, or are on staff and even then its just expected as part of your regular gig

Also, fuck them

So, need a platform for publishing text, probably with an illustrative image to jazz it up ...

• No Patreon style begging, no buy-me-a-coffee bullshit
• No app
• No tracking or metrics or 'back end' bla bla
• No ads
• No privacy concerns for the audience
• Just a clean, simple, open platform that scales itself to web or tablet or phone and can be shared with ease, probably via a simple URL

Does this exist? Where do I find it?
