Jesus turned water into wine that one time in the bible... was it good wine? Did anyone make tasting notes?

Granted I've not read the bible... but like was it white or red?

Ya know the story sounds made up but like if it had a passage like "It was dry, had notes of cherry and paired good with steak." THEN I'd probably be more inclined to believe it. :^
