Here's his IP address and it states they're close to or in DC this is probably political I didn't know i was internet famous but i get targeted almost constantly. Not much of an expert hacker that he didn't get in and now i know his type of device and IP address. They could be using a VPN but I doubt it because Microsoft usually picks up the exact location whether or not you're on a VPN so if you're interested here's his details.
