Some of the most active people on any site outside of niche hobby forums are that way because they are repulsive IRL, like I was back when I spent 8+ hours online fed posting, making schitzo predictions and gooning to take the edge off because I was addicted to Twitter engagement. The pictures of me from that time are ones I have trouble looking at for too long.
