@nate .....I think I'm still on that, but I put in loads of sticks so my 2015 laptop can use all of its threads (so I got 4 sticks of 4GB RAM, 16 total, I think...?). And that laptop was the most expensive purchase I've ever made, and I saved up for years for it.

I have not needed an upgrade yet, unless I were to go in for machine learning, ray tracing, or if I needed to use accessibility stuff (things like screen readers need a lot oof). I don't want to need anything more, either. Things should stay accessible to people who can't afford new, which is like.... most of the world.
