—a new spot where the dept of transportation has erected a 10ft iron fence with the express purpose of preventing poor folks from taking respite underneath a bridge, and forcing everyone to walk in the street
—the park board has turned the only free parking near the hospital into paid parking
—the authcom posters wheatpasted up and down the street (those that haven’t been totally painted over by someone wielding black spray paint with nothing better to do) declare “class war 2024!” but ofc by “class war” they mean “vote for our obscure candidate and then come to our Marxist reading group”
—nobody in the hospital waiting area, nor the receptionists, are wearing a mask
