    Like, it's *partly* about tech breaking. But it's *mostly* that I have an account with IFTTT, I have an account with the smart device brand, but neither of them can be bothered to send me an email to say the change has happened.

    Instead they're too fucking busy integrating AI and coming up with new business models to give a shit.

    Consumer-grade "smart" tech is all "very clever" but honestly? Stuck in the shit parts of the cyberpunk 90s.
