Working as part of a team requires flexibility, understanding, communication, patience, and more. Sometimes it's hard and i wish I was in control of every aspect of everything, on my schedule, and without having to explain anything or deal with anyone. But in the end, I'll almost always pick a team over solo work, in music as in art as in writing as in living. The end result is always more satisfying than if i do it all myself. I'll take "We did it!" over "I did it!" any time.
