The license winamp is offered under is an extremely degenerate proprietary license - but as the project is a derivative of GPLv1-or-later and GPLv2-or-later software, ideally you could go with the GPLv2-or-later, although there are other LGPLv2-only libraries and seemingly proprietary libraries from other authors.
