I work for Microsoft as a Principal Engineer and just for fun, I applied to 25-30 jobs. I have all the ingredients in my resume—scale, AI, everything. All rejections!! From everywhere: Snowflake, SoFi, Google, Amazon, Zillow, Coinbase, eBay, Yahoo, JPM. All applications rejected in less than 3 hours.

I agree, but it's getting rejected automatically. I have AI, Gen AI, and Copilot experience with delivering cloud applications at scale, and I don’t want to leave Microsoft.
