Can we start a petition to dissolve Missouri ?

Look, the death penalty is idiotic, barbaric and inefficient.

And on top of that, it's infuriatingly, evidently wrong to kill a person that you have doubts might be guilty. But when they are in fact most likely innocent?

The only way it can make sense is if this a form a group punishment, where any member of a given group (a class or supposed race) can be picked and killed, as an example to others.
