Me: Do you have that email, could you paste it in the chat?
Colleague: No, I'm eating.
I much prefer these meetings with the colleagues who are open and relaxed and we're just hanging out. Those colleagues will always take ownership of things, fix things as they encounter them, and they're concerned that things are working properly and that those that depend on us are receiving service. We work together to make sure this company runs with less friction every day.
The other type of colleague are the ones that say "that's not our team's responsibility", "please provide evidence that we have spoken about this before", or even worse, "yes, Claes" and then when you check two weeks later nothing has moved and nobody is willing to say why.
