An attempt to make haggis taste good.
There's a Cajun version we make in South Louisiana called Chaudin that is essentially a highly seasoned white boudin in a stomach casing rather than intestine. That's the only way to eat the stuff, and you shouldn't unless you are in South Louisiana. Trying to fry haggis won't fix anything.
