Each bench has at least one - and sometimes half a dozen or more - brown or golden leaves scattered on them from trees above that have begun to lose their leaves. My spouse joked that the leaves must be waiting for a bus or something! I wonder where leaves would go if they had legs?Behind the benches you can see various hardy flowers growing in a concrete planter. The flowers are yellow or red. I think they’re marigolds but am not entirely sure that is correct.Behind the flowers you can see the large windows of a building. I think there was a coffee shop and some offices on that ground floor.In front of the benches you can see a concrete sidewalk that is also littered with a few dozen leaves.
