Seconded.

Peer-to-peer fedi, ActivityPub bridge, will be compatible with PleromaFE, not done yet but I'm currently importing FSE's half-TB (trimmed considerably) and

Yeah; I expect it'll be ready, the bugs definitely won't be worked out yet, see elsewhere in the thread there are invitations to instances, and FSE and Poast are both relaxing the (temporarily; in FSE's case until Revolver ships and in Poast's, until the election) closed registrations to let in refugees. (I'll be making a bot.) annihilation.social and ryona.agency are also open. Never hurts to have a Plan B, you should have an alt.
There are things that will not work. DMs and private posts will not survive the import: you cannot store something in a distributed manner and still keep it a secret. So I'm not importing them; that would be a rug-pull, they were put onto these servers with the understanding that only intended recipients would get them and DMs won't be able to cross the AP bridge to or from Revolver (at least initially; it's not hard to imagine an E2EE scheme that would be amenable to both Revolver and Pleroma). Chats will not work; there's currently no plan to make them work.
Plenty of things will be better too (if it was just missing features, then it wouldn't be worth doing): after the full release, you'll be able to run your node and send your posts without connecting directly to bae.st, so server downtime will be hard to even notice and dead servers are no longer a catastrophe: you don't lose your posts or your identity or your uploads. Also no more upload limits. No admins, and fedi becomes unkillable. It is also faster.
