I suggest we make the Fediverse report button not go to the instance admins, but instead email an encrypted and obfuscated address within a proprietary blob executed within Intel SGX space and verified using a remote licensing server hosted by Oracle. No one knows who receives the reports, but in god we trust.

This will cause mass controversy and benefits no one, I will not take any questions.
